I had my pool, resurfaced and re-tiled and converted to salt water system by Bluewater Pools, the project started on time as the owner Brian scheduled it and each group of workers that came for each step each day we’re very punctual, professional, clean, courteous and respectful to my property. The job was completed on time as scheduled, and I am happy with how my pool turned out and the quality of the materials are all top-notch. Brian took extra time to help me get started on the new maintenance i need to do as a new pool owner and needed my hand held a little while, Brian has been helpful with my newbie questions and helped me to get going. BlueWater Pools is Excellent! I have an older pool that needed resurfacing and other repairs. I obtained four estimates from reputable companies including BlueWater, all within a similar price range, however the upfront payments and level of aggressive selling varied widely. I chose BlueWater because Kevin was straight forward, not pushy to close the deal, and did not ask for large deposits to ‘reserve’ the job. That gave me a great deal of confidence! Kevin scheduled the job and his team was on site as promised and completed the job on time and on budget! Kevin was responsive and communicated throughout the entire process, as well as following up several weeks after the job to see make sure there were no other issues. Great followup. This summer with the extreme heat and rain my pool chemicals got way out of balance. The pool needed to be drained and acid washed. Kevin stayed in touch with me through the whole process answering all my questions! Zac did a great job, even working at the end in the pouring rain to finish up!

Brian was on-time, did a great job in a short time. He was courteous and gave me some tips on maintaining my pool. He took away the old parts and left no trace of debris. Blue Water’s price was less than half of what I was quoted from their competitors. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
