BlueWater Pools is Excellent! I have an older pool that needed resurfacing and other repairs. I obtained four estimates from reputable companies including BlueWater, all within a similar price range, however the upfront payments and level of aggressive selling varied widely. I chose BlueWater because Kevin was straight forward, not pushy to close the deal, and did not ask for large deposits to ‘reserve’ the job. That gave me a great deal of confidence! Kevin scheduled the job and his team was on site as promised and completed the job on time and on budget! Kevin was responsive and communicated throughout the entire process, as well as following up several weeks after the job to see make sure there were no other issues. Great followup. I decided it was time to resurface my pool and replace the tile and coping. I contacted BlueWater Pools and Kevin Nicholson came out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the process, and answered all of my questions. The quote for the scope of work was competitive and I decided to go with them. Going through the process, the tile and coping vendors spoke highly of Kevin, so I was happy with the decision. They started right on schedule. 1 day for demo. 2 days for coping/tile install and bond coating. 1 day for plastering. I was shocked how fast they were.
